Yes — creating an account and applying for scholarships is completely free for families. We are funded through our institutional partnerships.

Students from any country outside the USA can apply through ScholarsGate. We currently serve families from 60+ countries across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.

A fully funded scholarship covers 100% of tuition costs. Some fully funded packages also include boarding, meals, books, and other benefits — each scholarship page clearly lists exactly what is covered.

Once you accept an offer letter, a $500 USD enrollment deposit is required to secure your child's place. This fee is applied toward your account and processed manually — you upload proof of payment and our team verifies within 48 hours.

Most scholarships are renewable annually provided the student maintains the required GPA. The renewal criteria are clearly stated on each scholarship's detail page.

Typically: academic transcripts, passport copy, English proficiency scores (TOEFL/IELTS), a personal statement, and at least one recommendation letter. Exact requirements vary per scholarship.

Applications are reviewed within 2–4 weeks. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to a video interview. Final decisions are communicated within 6–8 weeks of submission.

Yes. You can apply for multiple scholarships across different schools for the same student. We recommend applying to 3–5 to maximize your chances.
